Sometimes you get an email and it just sums shit up. Michael Jones wrote:

"Hey mate i've attached half a dozen shots for ya, some nice slabs amongst them. I've got a new website now..... There are some sick images in there, displays what bodyboarding is really about!! Big Heavy Pits!"

'Big Heavy Pits' - hell yeah. When I see people write "Bodyboarding in small waves shows your skill level" or some crap like that, I just can't agree. Small waves suck and if that was all we got, I wouldn't do it. Too boring.

Coincidentally Michael is from Newcastle. When I used to live there, one of my places was near a big steel works by the name of BHP. I will always think of that now as Big Heavy Pits. They don't call it the "Steel City" for no reason. Not a place for sooks either.

Mike's web address is well worth checking , you'll still be seeing some solid Daily Frames from him here on Fluidzone (as they should be) but there will be regular updates of BHP's in a sweet-as viewing format along the way. Check it out and enjoy the booger fodder.
