Dave Winchester recently moved from the far South Coast of NSW nearly 1200kms north to the Byron Bay shire. After sitting out the the flat summer months and heavy rains all was forgotten these last few days with a decent swell and wind combo only minutes form home.

After getting shacked off his head 40mins north at Kirra for days it came as no surprise when he told us he was amping for some ramps at his closest beach in Byron. Alex Ormerod came down to enjoy the day and captured these amazing images just showing why so many people call this area their dream holiday location.
