After a slow start on the wave front and back to back promos from the south coast of NSW to the top of the sunshine coast, its all over for the very tired and surfed out Manta team. With pumping waves on the tour you can be sure you will be seeing plenty of magazine coverage and video footage of the guys in the coming months.

4play team rider Thomas Robinson tagged along for the road trip in the last few days and was a source of great entertainment for the whole team in and out of the water.

Skip was stoking out the guys from Burleigh Bodyboars Store and noticed a blast from the past. The actual Manta board Spencer was riding when he scored the cover of Riptide magazine back in 98.

We ran into Sam Bennett and Kingy also it seems they were on a road trip of their own chasing waves.

So today we enjoyed a beer, caught some music and packed the van for the last leg of our trip home. 14 hours behind the wheel in the morning so its good night and thanks to all who came out and said hello.
