When Dave Winchester gets a ten point ride your not alone if you think you have seen it all before. The guy pulls them out of his bag of tricks all the time somehow in competition.


For Winnie though he managed to do something he has never done before in the Dropknee division of the Confital event. Two ten point rides in the one heat meaning he was ultimately unbeatable and took the final out in typical Winnie form, pure style.


Winnie had the following statement posted on his site " The past week has been full on in the bodyboarding world, 3 new world champs, none of them me, but I was close. Does that matter though? People don't remember 2nd or 4th for that matter, but as they say it just makes your more hungry to win. I finished the year with a 4th overall due to a 9th in Confital and a 2nd over all in the Dk division due to a win a Confital. This is the first ever heat in my career that I have gained a perfect score, 20 out of 20. The waves were so perfect and I was really enjoying getting Piped".
