Doc: Hey Casabianca (a.k.a 'Tibo'), you're from Punaauia, same as Tshany. Can you tell us a little about your community there?

CT: Yeah, I live in punaauia and it's for me the best place ever you have perfect waves all the time like taps and sap and many secret and everyone's very cool.

Doc: Eric Schnitzler (Within films) says every time he sees you ride you're "hitting big sections and charging bombs". What drives you to keep going bigger and bigger??CT:I try to do my best when I see the old locals like david, pipe or loris that make me want to push my limits.??Doc: Bodyboarding is huge in Tahiti - bigger than stick surfing. What is it about your riding that you think makes you stand out?
CT:Bodyboard in Tahiti soon will be more famous than surf I hope hahaha. I surf with the feeling of the nature and try to push my riding with the bros.

Doc: You're currently working as a car salesman. If you were just paid to be a pro bodyboarder, where would you go and what would you do?
CT:Definitely if I was a pro bodyboarder I would like to go to mentawais. It's my dream.??Doc: If you were offered to go in a comp overseas, flights paid and all that, would you take it, or are you attached to Tahiti and don't really want to leave??CT: Yes for sure I would go, it's a big opportunity for us to show that Tahitian riders can be pro maybe one day but I would definitely come back to sapinus.

Doc: 5 of your favourite things about surfing Tahiti.
CT: Good vibes in the spot, big ramps, big barrels, and lots of secret spots and not needing a wetsuit.

Doc: Who are the riders (local and overseas) that inspire you?
CT: I like Julien Miremont and Jase Finlay, they have a really cool style. And here in Tahiti I like see everybody ripping the spot??Doc: Say in the last year, what have you noticed has developed in the top level Tahitian riders??CT:I think cause we got the best waves and people are starting to film so we want to push the level and try to show to the world that Tahitian's are here too.

Doc: What sort of board are you riding at the moment Tibo??CT:I ride with 40 inch Sniper 'Igor Sanchez' cause it's a large board and I like this kind of board but I found a sponsor with my mate Julien Miremont, it's refresh, I should be getting some new boards soon, can't wait hehe.
